While you are at it ... there is a pretty nasty bug in Nova (https://bugs.launchpad.net/nova/+bug/1951656 regarding compatibility with libvirt 7.7 and using mdevs.

And since UCA shops libvirt 8 for the Yoga release this causes mdevs like vGPUs to be unusable.
There is a fix already implemented, but not yet merged to Yoga (+2s have been given and workflows have been trigged though): https://review.opendev.org/c/openstack/nova/+/866154

Maybe you could track this and add it to the list for point releases?
Or should I raise a dedicated SRU bug for this?
