Hi Gulhem,

What I meant was that perhaps, while the message is incorrectly shown
on upgrades etc, we should pull it out, but I'm no longer planning to
do that. I now have a fix for the fallout, that causes it to be shown
much earlier and shown correctly for remote branches and upgrades. I
hope that'll be landed next week and then this will be properly fixed.
