Hello Martin. I don't know what you mean by "revert this from 2.0", but surely I am happy that the warning is printed, and have had many colleagues hit by the silent super-slow upgrade, which is why I insisted on getting a warning.
So if this is to be reverted, this is an issue for us again.
Our central repo is still 1.9/1.14. I am making preparations for the upgrade to format 2a, but there are things which slow me down on the upgrade route: corruption as in https://bugs.launchpad.net/bzr/+bug/527035, slower annotate as in https://bugs.edge.launchpad.net/bzr/+bug/153787. So the upgrade may only happen in a few months.
So if the warning is reverted, colleagues will be bitten again for a few months.
