Yes, I'm still build it, it available on qbzr's download page as
standalone installer and has size ~4MB (with PyQt 4.3.1 libs, I suspect
PyQt 4.4.3 will be a bit bigger).

PyGTK require many additional libs, but I expect resulting installer for
  bzr-gtk should be about 7MB. It's bearable for most of the people today.
