Comment 18 for bug 388790

There is more to do so that bzr.exe (which does a good job regarding the handling for the plugins bundled by the installer)
can better handle additional plugins and more importantly their required libraries.

This should be easy technically speaking once an agreement is reached on how that should be done in bzr core and the windows installer.

I found Kevin via his launchpad account and we're discussing how his package can be updated in the future to make bzr-gtk
easier to install on windows.
