Comment 2 for bug 261315

My intent for this case was that the client would fetch
 - some data from the remote server
 - some data from the basis

itself - explicitly.

I thought this was better because it avoids having the mess of
pass-credentials-to-untrusted-server, FTP site-site copy style of
approach.
