Comment 42 for bug 198646

I would have thought that patch <https://launchpadlibrarian.net/72583524/bzr-boundary-missing.patch> would crash if the error is ever raised, because it tries to refer to an apparently unbound variable 'range'. But the patch does seem pretty plausible for Henrik's description of the squid bug we're trying to work around, so we should probably take it.
