Can you try:

bzr co -Dhttp \
  nosmart+http://code.launchpad.net/~flavour/sahana-eden/trunk

And then attach the My Documents\.bzr.log file (or part of it.) You may
want to delete the file before running that, so that you only have the
new results in it.

I think we also check the Internet Explorer proxy settings.

I'm sure that the core of this bug is actually fixed, so I'm going to
leave it marked that way. But you are welcome to open a new bug for the
details of your case.
