Comment 7 for bug 129298

QBzr is the first plugin that provide standalone installer compatible with bzr.exe.
It's a good sign, and good plugin.
Because bzr.exe lacks ability to install plugins system-wide, I'm willing to implement such support as proposed by bwinton.
Then others (or me) could create standalone installers for bzr.exe
