Bug Description
The notification that shows up/down network throughput calculates it wrong.
The factor is roughly 0.75: when having a 120 KB/s throughput, byobu shows 80 KB/s.
I've checked the "real" value with three independant tools (iftop, nethogs, and conky) and they all agree.
This bug was introduced quite recently, when the system that handles notifications "ticks" has changed.

Hmm, upload, download, or both?
It just tested upload very thoroughly, and it seems to be dead on. I saturated a 2Mbps upload connection and that's exactly what it was reading.
