Please sync weechat 0.3.3-3 (universe) from Debian unstable (main)

Changelog entries since current natty version 0.3.2-1:

 weechat (0.3.3-3) unstable; urgency=low

   * Upload to unstable.
   * Downgrade tcl-dev dependency to 8.4 until tcl 8.5 hit unstable.
   * Add a patch to make cmake aware of python 2.7 (Closes: #606989).

It can't be synced at this point as it build-depends on tcl-dev >= 8.5 and we still have our tcl on 8.4. To get 0.3.3 into natty we'll have to make a merge - afaik we are not going to switch from tcl 8.4 to 8.5 as default in natty.

If you are interested in creating a merge go ahead, if not I was planning on working on it after the UDS.

David: I doubt Ubuntu is going to do this transition until Debian does. Why don't you do a sync+patch instead? i.e. the latest weechat without build-depending on tcl-dev >= 8.5.

A changelog like
* Sync from Debian experimental (LP: #667812)
* Revert BD on tcl-dev >= 8.5, Ubuntu hasn't transitioned yet.
would be appropriate.

All you need to provide is that patch, against Debian, and keep an eye out for new uploads in Debian so we can merge.

There is new revision on Debian, as you can see in changelog, now package depends on tcl 8.4 again, the new Debian revision builds well in ubuntu natty pbuilder chroot.
