email footer for assignee is technically incorrect

Bug Description

The following footer is incorrect:

"You received this bug notification because you are a bug assignee."

People are not assigned bugs but rather bug tasks so "bug task assignee" would make more sense to me.

I'd like to avoid the use of "bug task" in this, but I don't mind something like "you are an assignee for the Malone task on this bug." But that implies there are definitely more than one tasks already.

I'm not sure it's really confusing or needs fixing, but I do acknowledge it's not technically correct as it is.

The current text is technically correct: you may not be *the* bug assignee, but you are indeed *a* bug assignee. The database mechanism by which we achieve multiple assignees is not a useful addition to an assignee's cognitive load.

If we're polishing, though, I suggest "This bug is assigned to you." Half the length!
