Installation failed with
Setting up slurm-llnl-slurmdbd (2.1.0-1) ...
chown: cannot access `/var/run/slurm-llnl': No such file or directory
dpkg: error processing slurm-llnl-slurmdbd (--configure):
subprocess installed post-installation script returned error exit status 1

unable to install the package in Lucid

This is fixed in version 2.1.1-2 of the package by removing the chown from postinst because it's done in the init script.

TEST CASE(lucid):
1. Run the following command in a terminal
$ LANG=C apt-get install slurm-llnl-slurmdbd

SRU verification for Lucid:
I have reproduced the problem with slurm-llnl 2.1.0-1 in lucid and have verified that the version of slurm-llnl 2.1.0-1ubuntu0.1 in -proposed fixes the issue. I've verified that the run directory is created after a restart of the system and of the service.
