The bug report and the data from apport do not fit to each other. Apport reports a crash of the job viewer of system-config-printer. This can never prevent a printer from printing. So you have two problems: The crash of the job viewer and the problem of the printer not printing at all.Please create a new bug report for the problem of your printer not printing and there please follow the instructions of the "Parallel port printer" and "CUPS error_log" sections of https://wiki.ubuntu.com/DebuggingPrintingProblems.

I will make this a duplicate of bug 605448 as that bug contains more information.
