Very poor search results from product search for "installer"

Bug Description

In <https://launchpad.net/products/?text=installer>, debian-installer comes in at #59. partman, at #7, is the only result in the top ten to mention "installer" or "installers" at all.

This may be related to bug 1022 and/or bug 1501.
