Romove the words 'File Browser' in Nautilus

I wouldnt say entirely removing the "file browser" is the solution. A better wording can be used.

OS X and Vista only have the file name in the title bar of their file browser.
There is no reason to for having the words "File Browser" in the title bar behind the filename.

This bug is an upstream one and it would be quite helpful if somebody experiencing it could send the bug the to the people writing the software. You can learn more about how to do this for various upstreams at https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Bugs/Upstream.
