In Ubuntu 9.10, the default rule of UDEV for printers in 50-udev-
In the "printer", the property is MODE ="660"
then what should be MODE ="0660" for this to work.

This is just a cosmetical problem, though; MODE="660" works as intended as well, it's just not consistent with the rest of the rules.
Fixed upstream in ca2bf8007da16fe a5f49ff97c95669 bfb76cd016 .
