Bug Description

I copy and pasted a directory containing several files into my Ubuntu\ One directory. The directory uploaded just fine, but none of the files. Therefore, I deleted the files and pasted just one file into the directory. That file never uploaded. Through a discussion on irc we determined that the file would not upload. Tbh, I didn't get an explanation, but was told to use the subject "Upload to UbuntuOne server trumped by CLOSE_NOWRITE". Will attach log files.

Sorry I neglected to associate this bug with a package, and thanks for fixing that. I appreciate your diligence in unassigning the bug, but I was asked by a core Ubuntu One developer to file this bug and assign it to Facundo. May we please re-assign the bug?
