Bug Description
When working in universe, we sometimes need to mass reassign a number of bugs. Malone should really provide a usable user interface to mass reassign bugs to a specific team or person.
See also bug 3878 (edit all rows of a multi-task bug at once)
There are email and API facilities already to do this: a single email, or a loop in the API.
The equivalent for bug statuses is bug 41702, and for tags is bug 76083.

It would also be useful to be able to mass-un-assign bugs. E.g. if somebody stops working on Launchpad, we don't want bugs to be assigned to them any more, but we may not want to just assign them all to a different person.
