Can't change status etc for multiple "Affects" lines at the same time

Bug Description
Currently each Affects line in a bug report has its own form for changing the status/
For example, if a bug needs more information from the reporter, it needs to be Needs Info for all Affects lines, so it should be possible to change these all at once.
