Bug Description

When loading the bug page, the "Subscribe someone else" overlay is temporarily shown. The worst thing about it is that if you start scrolling before that, the page scrolls up again when the overlay is set up.

The scrolling up implies there is a focus() somewhere. I wonder if this might also explain bug 392138, where keyboard navigation is broken by a hidden focus?

Seems like it. With my fix I can't reproduce bug 392138 anymore.
