Bug Description
Something recent changed on Edge for me.
About 50% of the time I am unable to navigate a bug page via PgUp and PgDown keys. It seems to trigger most of the time when I first load the page.
Using Firefox 3.0.11 on Windows, though I asked Martin Pool, and he said he could reproduce it on Jaunty.
If I Ctrl+PgUp to switch Firefox tabs, and then come back, PgUp & PgDown seem to be working again.
So my guess is that one of the new Ajax interactions is grabbing the keyboard input and focusing it on a hidden widget, and by switching FF tabs, it breaks that focus.
I can probably reproduce it 90% of the time by sitting on a bug page, using Ctrl+R to refresh it. As soon as the refresh is done, PgUp & PgDown stop working.

I can reproduce this with FF3 and FF3.5 on Ubuntu, but not on Opera (Ubuntu) or IE8 (Windows 7). This is quite annoying, and may be a symptom of a more serious problem, so I'm setting importance to High for now.
