* New upstream snapshot.
+ Fixes compatibility with Bazaar 1.15.
* Bump standards version to 3.8.1.

I changed the previous fix for bug 377476 to a different one that actually does prevent the crash, but is just a band-aid until seahorse devs figure out a better fix.
