Bug Description
this switch should print versions of both the client and the storage protocol which is currently in use. "dpkg -l | grep ubuntuone" is not sufficient because some people might build tweaked versions of this open source code and then it's nice to be able to tell _exactly_ which version is being invoked (in case there is one package installed but another custom version built and copied into /usr/local for example).

Martin, Thanks very much for filing this. I think you're correct, and we should have a mechanism to provide versioning in this way.
