Bug Description
Issue: When an assignment with a custom grading system is created and graded, students see a grade that is 10 points greater then the score they actually received. So a score of 4/4 shows as 14/4, a zero shows as 10/4 and so on.
The score appears correct in the teachers view.

This bug report predates bug fixes in grade calculation, but it was an opportunity to address the fact that the student grades view needed overhaul to have the same look and navigation features as the teacher's gradebook.
