Bug Description

Binary package hint: deluge

I have noticed that if pause all torrents in deluge by right clicking on the icon in the system tray and selecting Pause all the only way to start a torrent again is to right click on the icon and click Resume all. If you select a specific torrent in the deluge window and hit resume, nothing happens. I would normally expect just that torrent to start again.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Start a torrent in deluge.
2. Right click on the deluge system tray icon and click Pause all.
3. Open deluge window and select a torrent.
4. Click Resume.
5. Nothing will happen instead of just that torrent resuming.

    - r5305_fix_uncaught_exceptions_systemtray.patch: fix indentation;
    - r5328_fix_renaming_parent_folder.patch: new patch, fix renaming
      a parent folder into multiple folders (upstream svn r5328).

deluge (1.1.8+dfsg-2) unstable; urgency=low

  * debian/control:
    - depends on python-chardet;
    - add Suggests: python-openssl for deluge-webui (Closes: #530688).
  * debian/patches:
    - 10-new_release_check.patch: move to new_release_check.patch (don't use
      names starting with patch order);
    - fix_use_self_encoding_r5304.patch: fix not using the encoding used in
      the torrent file to decode some strings;
    - fix_uncaught_exceptions_systemtray_r5305.patch: prevent some uncaught
      exceptions when systemtray is not enabled.

deluge (1.1.8+dfsg-1) unstable; urgency=low

    python2.6 (thanks Andrew) (Closes: #519650).
