This bug was fixed in the package yasr - 0.6.8-0ubuntu2

yasr (0.6.8-0ubuntu2) jaunty; urgency=low

  * Don't define protoypes for openpty and forkpty if HAVE_PTY_H is defined,
    as they will be defined by /usr/include/pty.h instead. (LP: #317496)
