Please backport Liferea 1.4.23 from Jaunty to Intrepid

Bug Description

In order to fix bug #226401, I'd like to have the Jaunty version of Liferea included into the Intrepid sources. Thanks.

No, it means it has been tested and that a member of the backporters
team needs to approve it. Then it will be backported by an archive
administrator. The details of the process are on the wiki:
