ubuntu-artwork french locales still mention Hardy Heron on Intepid, when starting firefox

Bug Description

The french locales for Firefox's start page, after a fresh install, says "Bienvenue dans Hardy Heron" (Welcome to Hardy Heron), in Intrepid.

Steps to reproduce:

1) Install from US-language booted alternate CD, choose French language when prompted in the text-based installer.
2) after the install completes, start firefox

If settings are still to the defaults after install, you will see "Bienvenue dans Hardy Heron", should see "Bienvenue dans Intrepid Ibex", with information pertaining to Intrepid, not Hardy.

The exact file affected is /usr/share/ubuntu-artwork/home/locales/index-fr.html. The file /usr/share/ubuntu-artwork/home/locales/index-fr_CA.html correctly shows "Bienvenue dans Ubuntu 8.10 !"

/usr/share/ubuntu-artwork/home/locales/index-fr_FR.html also appears to be affected.

Erm, I have no idea why this is happening (or how translations work in general. Assinging to Martin, maybe he can sort this out, explain it to me or decide who it should be assigned to.

This is actually a file from ubuntu-docs, which ships the Firefox startpages. Matthew, what's the procedure for updating those?

I've committed a fix for this to our bzr branch for intrepid and will copy the fix across for jaunty.

The fix will be included in intrepid with a later update. We plan to do one in about a month.

Intrepid goes EOL in less than two months, and this isn't a showstopper bug at all, so let's not worry about this for intrepid any more.
