Bug Description

Skim utility, which was added to Kubuntu Intrepid, does not have a KMenu icon.

It's installed to the wrong directory.

Attached is a debdiff that should fix this issue, as well as the build issue present in Jaunty.

Version 1.4.5-4ubuntu4 already contains the build fix. I have
* updated the version to 1.4.5-4ubuntu5
* set the target distribution to lucid
* Added "(LP: #290304)" to your changelog entry to close the bug
* Update the timestamp
