Bug Description
Binary package hint: pulseaudio
I'm have a fresh installation of Ubuntu 8.10, daily updated. Changing the volume works perfectly, but after stopping and restarting pulseaudio, the volume level is at maximum. The volume levels for the applications are stored in ~/.pulse/
