Bug Description

The status text on http://people.ubuntu.com/~pitti/screenshots/jockey/jockey-mainwindow-kde.png and http://people.ubuntu.com/~pitti/screenshots/jockey/jockey-mainwindow.png says:
"driver is not installed", but the button next to it is labeled "Activate". It is not clear the the opposite if "not installed" is "activated".

I don't know if that is an improvement, because not installed was more accurate (useful to know e.g. if you don't have an internet connection). Drivers can also be installed and not activated. I think the activate button should say install if a driver is not yet installed.

    - kde/ManagerWindowKDE4.ui: Drop the expander next to the window heading,
      it prevented proper resizing. (LP: #274700)
    - Various test suite fixes.
  * data/handlers/b43.py: Do not show the driver as "in use" if the firmware
    is not installed.
  * Add data/handlers/broadcom_wl.py: Handler for the alternative Broadcom
    'wl' module. Enabling this will automatically blacklist b43 and bcm43xx.

  * data/handlers/b43.py: Remove blacklist-bcm43 on activation.
  * data/handlers/b43.py: Add (derived) handler for b43legacy. (LP: #247495)
  * data/handlers/b43.py: Actually call the firmware fetching script after the
