Internal GStreamer error: state change failed on sound recorder

Bug Description

when trying to record/playback on the sound recorder, it gives the above error

Here is the terminal output:
ERROR: Internal GStreamer error: state change failed. Please file a bug at http://bugzilla.gnome.org/enter_bug.cgi?product=GStreamer.
DEBUG MESSAGE: gstswitchsink.c(176): gst_switch_commit_new_kid (): /playbin/abin/sink:
Failed to set state on new child.

(gnome-sound-recorder:14721): GStreamer-CRITICAL **:
Trying to dispose element fakesink, but it is not in the NULL state.
You need to explicitly set elements to the NULL state before
dropping the final reference, to allow them to clean up.

 * If so, what specific steps should we take to recreate this bug?
 * Do you have anything printed on the command line if you run gnome-sound-recorder there?

 This will help us to find and resolve the problem.

Not sure if Im supposed to just update the bug report, or email back to this address, so Im going to do both.

We are closing this bug report because it lacks the information we need to investigate the problem. Please reopen it if you encounter that this issue is still occurring or even better if you can check in latest Ubuntu Karmic version.
