  * New upstream release
    - Added the Optimization Guide, content by Callum McKenzie
      and Robert Love,
    - DocBook by William Johnston
    - Updated a link to the newish GIO section
    - Updates to email addresses et al in the GDP Handbook
    - Updates to images in the HIG
    - Translations updates
  * debian/control.in:
    - Maintainer is Desktop Team
