     - 01_gnome_cards_data.patch: path to gnome-cards-data cards fixed upstream
     - 02_fix_pythondir.patch is fixed upstream
     - 03_shared_link.patch is fixed upstream
     - 04_fix_desktop.patch is fixed upstream

   * Update Standards-Version to 3.7.3, no additional changes needed.

gnome-hearts (0.2.1-1ubuntu1) intrepid; urgency=low

  * Merge from debian unstable (LP: #231820), remaining changes:
   - Continue to drop 01_gnome_cards_data.patch, as we take our Gnome
     from upstream, not from Debian.
  * Removed debian/patches as there are no patches.

Your debdiff had a few unneeded changes, I guess from MoM. I've removed them:

You also forgot to mention the maintainer update in the changelog.
