[Breezy] Firefox has lost its start page

Bug Description

When firefox opens, it pops up a warning dialog saying

'The file /usr/share/ubuntu-artwork/home/index.html cannot be found. Please
check the location and try again'

This is since I updated to firefox 1.0.7-0ubuntu18
