Bug Description

during upgrade to 8.04 lts moodle installation failed with the following error:
Setting up moodle (1.8.2-1ubuntu4) ...
Creating config file /etc/moodle/config.php with new version
grep: /etc/postgresql///pg_hba.conf: No such file or directory
Your settings in /etc/postgresql///pg_hba.conf do not allow me to continue.

thank you for your help. I, too, have reluctantly reinstalled my operating
system and no longer face this problem.
