Bug Description
The upcoming package diff feature uses debdiff which in turn asks for interdiff (contained in the 'patchutils' package).
Could you please add the 'patchutils' package to our development/
Since this is a debdiff dependency, in it needs to be installed on the development as well as on the production systems (see also https:/

The 'patchutils' package should be installed on the germanium production server. Installing it on 2008-05-07 or thereabout is fine.
