cryptic resource categories in sample data

Bug Description

The sample data seems to create categories named "Resource" which is incredibly confusing, since you end up with a hierarchy like this

Resource > Location > Resource

Which puts my brain throw an endless recursion exception.

I think we just need appropriate sample categories so it looks like:

Resource > Location > Classroom

and

Resource > Equipment > Projector

Which means Projector should be equipment, and there should be nothing under generic "Resource"

Sample data generated resources now have proper types (in english though at the moment)
Resource categories that have no subtypes are not displayed in the resource list anymore.
