Bug Description

Binary package hint: mpich

The following packages, not part of the gfortran transition, are rdepends of mpich binary packages:

netpipe
openmpi
parmetis
xmds
hdf5
gromacs
regina-normal

Due to the gfortran transition (see https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/201962) they need to be rebuilt and/or patched due to the change of the mpich shared library naming:

libmpich-mpd1.0gf
libmpich-shmem1.0gf

mpich (1.2.7-7.1) unstable; urgency=low

  * Non-maintainer upload.
  * New patch 23 to fix configure's g++ tests to include iostream instead of
     iostream.h. Fixes FTBFS with gcc-4.3. (Closes: #468068)
