I have performed the upgrade of linux-generic-hwe-22.04 from 5.19.0.43.44~22.04.17 to the updated version in -proposed (5.19.0.45.46~22.04.20) and confirm that the meta packages are all working as expected. The upgrade of linux-generic-hwe-22.04-edge from 5.19.0.43.44~22.04.17 to 6.2.0.23.23~22.04.4 also worked as expected.
