I see the dependency issue again, but only for amd64. Not sure what's the problem.
Given the fact we ran regression tests, I will not block the kernel for this.

Regressions testing: I hinted all the test.
ubuntu_stress_smoke_test fails on vought.amd64, other than that it looks ok.
