Bug Description

[Impact]
HDMI port through type-c stops working after reboot

[Fix]
adding the correct ddc pin mapping and eliminate the warn log about ownership.

[Test Case]
1.Connected the external monitor to the onboard HDMI port which comes from type-c.
2.Boot OS.
3.Check the monitor to see if it is working.

[Where problems could occur]
Low, the fix limits to adl-n (adl-p) series.
