Please update gst-plugins to 0.10.7

Just look at the bugs fixed and features added in Plugins-Good, including bug fixed for UVC webcams, and equalizer, audio effects, and better support for QT files. In Plugins-Ugly, there is now support for accurate mp3 seeking.

an LTS release needs proper mp3 functionality

there is no need to hurry opening bugs about the new versions as soon as they are available, that only gives extra work, in case you didn't notice pre-version have been uploaded during the week and those will be updated

By the way, what do you need it for?

For better multimedia playback in Gutsy. With restricted extras are some media files with distorted sound with dialogs in only left chanel :( and i believe this updated codecs will bring better playback experience....

I have filled a bug report/request at Launchpad in Gutsy backports. Now i need litte support and hopefuly we will convice some skilled compiler/maintaner/developer to backport those plugins and update entire ubuntu-restricted-extras in Gutsy :)
