Bug Description

Binary package hint: mail-notification

Please consider syncing newer Debian version from unstable. mail-notification currently FTBFS because of the new eel API, so this patch from Bug #180400 needs to be added after the sync. Patch seems to compile and work okay.

Package builds okay in hardy sbuild. There are no ubuntu changes to merge.

New Debian changes are
mail-notification (4.1.dfsg.1-4.1) unstable; urgency=high

  * Non-maintainer upload to fix two RC bugs preventing multiple transitions
    to testing.
  * Call automake-1.10 explicitely as the automake alternative might point to
any version and break the build; closes: #460300.
  * Drop incorrect chrpath -d call and chrpath build-dep; closes: #453788.
This is fine as it's not a public library but a plugin.
