gnome-art has dependency bug

Bug Description

gnome-art in hardy says it requires < ruby1.9. However, it recognizes ruby as version 4.1 (possibly just when ruby-full in installed).

gnome-art (0.2-8ubuntu1) hardy; urgency=low

  * Merge from debian unstable, remaining changes:
    - Removed a space from before a bracket, eliminating a Ruby warning.
  * Don't depend on ruby (<< 1.9). (LP: #188524)
  * Comply with the Debian Maintainer Field spec.

gnome-art (0.2-8) unstable; urgency=low

  * Don't Conflict with ruby >> 1.8. (Closes: #461834)
  * debian/control:
     + bump Standards-Version to 3.7.3.
     + s/Gnome/GNOME/g.
     + use a real Homepage header.
  * Remove the Encoding key from .desktop files.
