[Gutsy] Untranslated strings in Help menu

Moving to 8.04 final, as beta is about to be released and this isn't done yet.

this bugs refers to entities shipped by ubufox. BTW, we are still accepting translations for ubufox in hardy. So if you want to submit translations for your language get in contact with ~saivann
