Bug Description

Binary package hint: mythbuntu-control-centre

After enabling or reconfiguring the VNC service, any attempt to connect with a VNC client will fail until the current X session is restarted. User should be notified to restart X session before VNC server will accept connections after enabling or reconfiguring the VNC server.
