[i915_bpo] Sync to v4.2-rc8

This update allows an OEM machine to boot up.. private bug 1485943

This bug is awaiting verification that the kernel in -proposed solves the problem. Please test the kernel and update this bug with the results. If the problem is solved, change the tag 'verification-needed-vivid' to 'verification-done-vivid'.

If verification is not done by 5 working days from today, this fix will be dropped from the source code, and this bug will be closed.

I tried the -29 kernel from -proposed on a ThinkCentre M600 machine, and this kernel works, I can boot into X normally.

This bug was fixed in the package linux - 3.19.0-30.33
