Bug Description

Binary package hint: gnome-voice-control

1.Right Click on the applet.
2.Click Help.
3.It opens the help browser
4. Page not found (/usr/share/gnome/help/gnome-voice-control/C/gnome-voice-control.xml.)

    - added gnome-voice-control.install to install help files in
      /usr/share/gnome/help/gnome-voice-control/C/ (Fixes LP: #146675)

  * Do not kill EXTRA_DIST in `distclean', this breaks multiple builds.
  * Select the right help page in `voice-control.c'.
